As part of the full Phase 1, counties may seek approval to operate vacation rentals by submitting a written request and county vacation rental safety plan to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). DBPR released information on vacation rentals including recommended safety measures and best practices as well as the current status of applications. Click here to view that information.
