Jay has been in the Telecommunications Industry with Verizon for 15 years. Jay's background has always been within the Network Organizations of Verizon. Jay spent 7 of his first 15 years serving in multiple Engineering, Project Management and People Management roles for Outside Plant Network FiOS deployment in Indiana and Florida.
The past 8 years Jay has held various Project Management and People Management roles for the Verizon Wireless Network Organization supporting the delivery and deployment of all Verizon Wireless Cellular Solutions. Most recently Jay took over the role of Senior Real Estate Manager for Small Cells, Inbuilding and Venue Solutions for the entire state of Florida.

Crystal has over 25 years of telecommunication experience and has been introducing new wireless technology to government and education customers in both Pennsylvania and the South Eastern United States for over 15 years. She has partnered with many cities, campuses and other
